Aubrey Ouellet – Director of Girls Coaching | Head Coach, 2012 Girls Premier

Aubrey Ouellet brings over 13 years of coaching experience to her role as Director of Girls Coaching at Queen City. In this position, she oversees training, curriculum design, and player development across our girls’ teams. She also serves as the Head Coach of the 2012 Girls Premier team and Assistant Coach for both the 2013 Girls Premier and 2010/2011 Girls teams. A key leader within the Club, Ouellet plays a central role in shaping the development and success of young female athletes.
In addition to her work at Queen City, Ouellet is the Head Coach of the Rice Memorial High School Varsity Girls team, where she brings championship-level expertise and fosters a winning culture to Queen City. Her coaching career spans both youth and high school levels and is marked by program-building, strong leadership, and consistent success. Over the past 12 years with Queen City, she has become a respected mentor known for her commitment to player growth and team achievement.
Since taking the helm at Rice Memorial in 2017, Ouellet has led the Green Knights to seven State Championship appearances, winning titles in 2019, 2021, 2022, 2025 - ending an 18-year championship drought in her first season. Her achievements have earned her numerous honors, including Lake Division Coach of the Year (2017, 2021) and Vermont Private/Parochial Coach of the Year (2017, 2021, 2022, 2025). She also previously held coaching roles with Burlington High School as both Goalkeeper and Assistant Coach, and contributed to the Vermont Olympic Development Program (ODP).
As a player, Ouellet competed at the collegiate level for Saint Michael’s College in Vermont. Before that, she was a standout goalkeeper at Bedford High School (NH), played for Granite FC C.O.E., and earned NH All-State honors in 2009 and 2010. She captained her high school team in 2010 and was selected and captained the 2011 Lions Cup Twin State Team (NH). At Saint Michael’s, she was recognized with the Purple Knight Award in 2015 for her leadership and contributions to the program.
Ouellet holds a USSF F License, is CPR certified, and earned her bachelor’s degree in business administration. She brings a professional mindset and high standards to all aspects of her coaching. Originally from Bedford, New Hampshire, she is known for cultivating disciplined, competitive teams that peak in postseason play. Her coaching philosophy emphasizes long-term player development, while providing a cohesive pathway from grassroots soccer to high school success.
